UK DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days, although often dispatched much quicker and are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. (2-5 business days delivery)

FREE* LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer FREE local delivery (on orders over £10*) within a 10 mile radius. We will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible & will send notification via email when your product will be delivered. Orders below £10 will incur a £3 delivery charge.

FREE COLLECTION

We are able to offer free collection from any events that we attend. Please choose this option during the order process. You will receive a notification via email when and where your order will be ready for collection.

RETURNS

We are unable to offer free returns due to being a small business, but are happy to reimburse postage costs (up to a maximum £4) once we have received and checked your products. We will however require proof of postage.

You can return any products to us if you’re not completely satisfied with the product. If the product arrives to you unusable or damaged please reach out to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. We may ask you to send us photos.  Our aim is to provide great products, so please contact us if something has happened to them! 

However, we are unable to accept returns/refunds for the following products:

• Sample pots.
• Products that have been used or partially used, unless faulty.
• Products that you don’t like the scent of.

LOST ORDERS

For UK delivery’s, If 10 working days have elapsed since your order was despatched and your order hasn’t arrived, and your tracking number hasn’t updated with any relevant information, then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
